We are the Hagerstown Chapter of Quilts for Kids organization. Our mission is to save fabric from landfills while making comforting quilts for children with life threatening illnesses, and victims of abuse. Currently we donate our quilts to Johns Hopkins, UMMC, Summit Health,Parent Child Center of Hagerstown and CASA. We meet the 3rd Sunday of each month at Traditions at the White Swan. Happy Easter
Here's wishing everybody a wonderful Easter. We'll be meeting this month at my home to pack the quilts for delivery to National Children's Hospital on May 5.
We are always in need of 100% cotton kid friendly fabrics, cotton batting, gallon size ziploc baggies for our kits, both 45mm and 60mm rotary blades, and of course monetary donations. For more information, or to request a free quilt kit, please call 301-223-8902.
